STAFF FUNCTIONS
With five companies and eleven foreign branches, Staff Functions play a fundamental support role at Beta Group, coordinating the different requirements of companies by performing duties that are essential for the organisation’s development. Care for People and processes are guiding values in our everyday operations.

With over 30,000 product references and a 10% innovation rate on turnover, marketing and sales functions are the beating heart of our Group. By analysing demand and competition, they define strategic short and long terms plans to respond to the needs of professionals and the market in Italy and worldwide, in over 100 countries where Beta operates.
