Supporting the local area

Beta’s sustainability is not limited to the environment: it also includes people, at the company and beyond. At Beta we support a Code of Ethics that guarantees conditions of social equality, promoting inclusiveness right from staff selection processes. Since 2009 we have been sustaining the school expenses of our employees’ children and supporting initiatives for local communities.

BETA FOR SOCIAL

Beta has always been linked to the values of sport and the communities, supporting local amateur sports associations and competitions for athletes with disabilities. It is involved in social assistance, cultural and job insertion projects for disadvantaged and disabled people, and also contributes towards medical-scientific research linked to treatments for children, funding non-profit associations operating in the areas where we are present.
