Sovico (MB), 29 April 2024 – With the latest acquisition of Helvi S.p.A. – a major player in professional metal welding equipment –, a turnover of over 250 million euros and 10 production plants with over a thousand staff members and 5 companies, Beta Group, European leader in the production of tools and work equipment for mechanics, industrial maintenance and self-repair specialists, ended 2023, the year of its centenary, with over 138 new hires, 100 of which in Italy and with an average age of 36 years.
